Refund & Return Policy

At Bin Zain Clothing Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products, and we handle each order with care. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below:


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

📦 Note: Unstitched fabric that has been cut or altered is not eligible for return.


2. Items NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Unstitched fabric that has been cut, stitched, or altered

  • Items returned after the return window (3 days)

  • Color variation (slight color differences may occur due to lighting and display settings; this is not considered a defect)


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Share your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Cost:

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You can choose between:

    • Full Refund (for damaged/incorrect products)

    • Exchange (subject to availability)

    • Store Credit (for future purchases)

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
