1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
📦 Note: Unstitched fabric that has been cut or altered is not eligible for return.
2. Items NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange

Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Unstitched fabric that has been cut, stitched, or altered

Items returned after the return window (3 days)

Color variation (slight color differences may occur due to lighting and display settings; this is not considered a defect)
3. Return Process

Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

Share your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Shipping Cost:

If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
